HUP – Croatian Employers’ Association is an office space that consists of 3 zones: Zone 1 is public with large entrance hall (hallway), 2 smaller meeting rooms and large meeting room (approx. 150 persons); Zone 2 is an “open space office” for employees and Zone 3 where the Management Board is located. Following the purpose and character of these zones, the author created the space at the highest level of today’s perception of office and congressional functions. The complete office is made up of several parts stretching through 3 different buildings within the Green Gold Center, and the project itself was very demanding as it needed to meet the requirements of Investors.
